Online is the best way to download bank statements PDF in a few seconds. Below are the steps to get Kotak Bank statement PDF through net banking:
Step 1: Visit the official website of Kotak Mahindra Bank and log in with your username and password.
Step 2: Select the “Statements” tab in the menu bar. It will appear just below the Fund Transfer option on the left side. Next, click on Account Statements at the top.
Step 3: For a maximum period of 92 days, you can directly download your bank statement by choosing the Download option. There will be four options for download, click on the PDF and it will start downloading in PDF on your device.
Step 4: But, if you want to download more than 92 days, click on the arrow and you will get 4 options in the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Select Custom Dates for a maximum of months. Then choose the Receive by mail option.
Step 6: Enter your email address and click on Continue. You will get a message “Email details requested successfully”. It may take 10 to 30 minutes to be received in your email as PDF.
In this way, you can download Kotak Bank statement PDF through net banking.
NB: There is a maximum limit of 92 days which you can directly download in PDF. But, for more than 92 days, you have to enter your email address. If you choose to receive by mail, they will send your bank statements to your home address.

Steps to Download Kotak Bank Statement through Mobile App
Go to Google Play Store and download Kotak Mobile Banking App. Follow the on-screen instruction to register for the first time. You need to enter your registered mobile number, you will get OTP, enter OTP and generate MPIN and UPI PIN.
- Open your Kotak Bank mobile app and tap Statements.
- Enter your six digits MPIN to proceed. Select Account Level Statement on the next screen.
- Now, choose statement specific period i.e. 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or custom dates.
- Choose the Email option to receive bank statements in your mail, or the Post option.
- The post option is to get bank statements at your home address by postal.
- Enter your mail ID and tap Confirm.
You will get a message “Your request has been submitted successfully”. Simply your Kotak Bank account statement (PDF) file will be sent to the email address you provided.
