You have to visit the SBI branch and collect the address change form from the counter and fill it in with your current address and ID number of other documents. Attach a self-attested Xerox of all the documents of your original documents.

- ID Proof: PAN Card, Voter Card, Driving License, etc.
- Passbook: SBI Old Bank Passbook.
Step 1: Fill out the form with your details, like your name, mobile number, present address, previous address, email ID, etc.
Step 2: Submit the form to the bank’s executive at the SBI counter. Bank personnel verify all documents.
Step 3: It will take some time to update your address in your SBI account. You will get a notification on updating the new address.
How to change your email ID?
- Log in to www.onlinesbi.com and click on the “Profile tab.
- Select “Personal Details – Change Email ID” under “My Account” on the screen’s left side.
- On the next page, select your account number, enter your email ID and click on submit.
- You will get an OTP, enter OTP and click on Submit.
