Step 1: Visit the Indian Bank Net banking portal and Login with your User ID and password. For the first time, the CIF number will be your User ID.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Options‘ on the top. Next, the change User ID (only once) option will be found.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Change User ID‘ option. You will get your previous User ID, which will be editable. Edit it with your preferred User ID.
Step 4: Select your preferred name, which will be your new User ID. Enter the ‘Message‘ and ‘login password‘. Click on the ‘Submit‘ option.
Step 5: On submission, the User ID will be changed successfully, which will be visible on the page. You will be automatically logged out after changing the User ID.
