This is a common server error in SBI Internet banking, you can resolve this error in a few steps. Most of the time you may face when you go to update the functionality of your SBI account through Internet Banking.
It can be your Debit Card PIN generation, Mobile Number Update, Mail-ID, Login Password Reset, etc. Because you may not have full access rights, or your account may be in hiding mode.
So if you are looking for a solution, then this tutorial is for you, where you can fix this error in the 2 best ways by selecting the full right transaction and unhide mode.
What is the No Account Mapped for this Username in SBI?
This is a server error as the server is unable to map your username in your account. Perhaps you have recently activated Internet banking services. There are two main reasons for this if you have selected View Transaction Rights or your account may be in Hide Mode.
If you have only View Transaction Rights, you can check your balance, transaction history, etc. You can not change or update any banking functionality. So, this is a common error in SBI Internet banking that shows this error, and I also experienced it.
So, first, you should check the following details, i.e. your bank account Access Level – Transaction Rights, and Account Display Mode – Hide/Unhide.
Here, your SBI account must be in Unhide Accounts and Upgrade Access Level, i.e. “Full Transaction Rights“. So for this, you have to complete the following steps through Internet banking to solve the error.

Steps to fix No Accounts Mapped for this Username in SBI
It also happens if you have limited transaction rights in SBI Net Banking. So, visit the official website of SBI (www.sbionline.com) and log in.
You should check the access level of your account; if it is in a downgrade, you should upgrade your access level by selecting “Full Transaction Rights“.
Step 1: First of all log in and click “Request & Enquiries” which appears on the right top side.
Step 2: Check your transaction rights. You have to click on Upgrade/Downgrade Access Level, which appears in the left column.
Step 3: On the next page, you will see ‘Current Access Level’ is ‘View Only‘. This means that you have limited transaction rights. But, if you have ‘Full Access Level, it will show a message, ‘You do not have any Account to Upgrade the Access Level‘.
Step 4: Check the box for your specific account number, and select ‘Full Transaction Rights‘ from the drop/down menu. Click on the ‘Submit‘ option.
Step 5: You will get an OTP on the next page; enter OTP and click on Confirm.
On clicking the confirm, your account access level will be upgraded to full transaction rights. Now, you have full rights and can update your banking services. You will never get the ‘No Accounts Mapped for This Username‘ error.
