Step 3: Select ‘Self User Creation‘; you will be taken directly to the Self User Creation page. But through ‘Retail user login’, you have to select the ‘New User‘ option.

Step 4: On the next page, you will find two online registration modes. Select the first one, and click ‘Continue‘.

Step 5: Here, the ‘Self User Creation‘ page will appear; enter your Account number, Date of Birth, PAN number, and Verification code, and click on Continue.

Step 6: Enter your ATM card number, ATM PIN, and Transaction Amount (Select the last transaction), choose the Transaction Type (transaction type can be debit or credit), Facility Type, check the Terms of Use and click on ‘Continue’.

Step 7: You will get an OTP on your registered mobile number, enter the OTP and click on ‘Continue‘.

Step 8: Tick ‘Set Internet Login Password‘ and ‘Set Transaction Password. Enter the sign-on password and retype the sign-on password. After that, enter the Transaction Password and re-type the transaction password. Then click on Continue.

Step 1: Go to the login page, and enter the User ID, Verification Code and Password to log in. The ‘terms‘ page will appear when you are logged in here. Select ‘Agree‘.
